How do I know if I'm subscribed?

There are a few ways to check whether you have an active Honeydew Plus subscription. You can look in the app itself or check through your device's subscription management settings.

Check in the Honeydew app

Open Honeydew

Launch the Honeydew app on your device.

Go to your profile

Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Look for your plan status

Your current plan (Free or Plus) should be displayed in your profile or settings. If you see "Honeydew Plus" or a Plus badge, your subscription is active.

Check on iOS

Open Settings

Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap your name

Tap your name at the top to open Apple ID settings.

Tap "Subscriptions"

You'll see a list of all active and expired subscriptions tied to your Apple ID. Look for Honeydew to see your current plan, renewal date, and billing amount.

Check on Android

Open Google Play Store

Launch the Play Store app on your Android device.

Tap your profile icon

Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.

Tap "Payments & subscriptions"

Then tap "Subscriptions." Find Honeydew in the list to view your plan details, renewal date, and billing status.

If the app shows you're on the free tier but you believe you've subscribed, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account that you used to purchase the subscription. Using a different account is the most common reason for a subscription not appearing.
