The Mac App Store Products and App Store Products (collectively, "App Store Product(s)") are licensed, not sold, to you. Your license is subject to your prior acceptance of this Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA").
This license granted to you for the Licensed Application by Licensor is limited to a nontransferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control. You may not distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Application.
You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information to facilitate updates, support, and other services. This information will be used in a form that does not personally identify you.
The license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you shall cease all use and destroy all copies of the Licensed Application.
THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
The Licensor disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the Licensed Application, either express, implied, or statutory. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and noninfringement of third-party rights.
The laws of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of law rules, govern this license and your use of the Licensed Application. Your use may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
