How to share your account with family
Honeydew makes it easy to share your recipe collection with your family. You can sign in with the same account on multiple devices, and everyone will see the same recipes, collections, and meal plans -- all synced in real time.
How to share your account
Download Honeydew from the App Store or Google Play Store on each device that will share the account.
On each device, sign in using the same Honeydew account credentials -- whether that's Google, Apple, Facebook, or email and password.
Once signed in, all family members will see the same recipes, collections, and meal plans. Any recipe saved on one device will appear on all others.
For the easiest sharing experience, consider setting up your Honeydew account with a shared email and password that everyone in the household can use. This way, family members don't need access to your personal Google, Apple, or Facebook account.
Does the subscription cover all devices?
Yes. A Honeydew Plus subscription is tied to your account, not to a single device. Once your account has an active subscription, every device signed in with that account gets full access to Honeydew Plus features -- no additional purchases required.
Things to keep in mind
- All devices share the same recipe library. If someone deletes a recipe on one device, it's deleted everywhere.
- Changes are synced in real time, so edits made on one device will appear on others almost immediately.
- Anyone signed in to the account can add, edit, or remove recipes and collections.
Be mindful that anyone signed in to your account has full access to all recipes and settings. Only share your credentials with people you trust.
