I forgot my password
If you've forgotten your Honeydew password, you can reset it in just a few steps. A password reset link will be sent to your email address so you can create a new one.
How to reset your password
Open the Honeydew app or go to app.honeydewcook.com and navigate to the sign-in page.
Below the password field, tap the "Forgot Password" link.
Type in the email address associated with your Honeydew account and tap Submit.
You'll receive an email with a password reset link. This usually arrives within a few minutes.
Open the email and click the reset link. You'll be taken to a page where you can create a new password.
Enter your new password and confirm it. We recommend at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Go back to the Honeydew app or web app and sign in using your email and new password.
Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the reset email in your inbox. It can sometimes take a few minutes to arrive.
Signed up with Google, Apple, or Facebook?
If you signed up using Google, Apple, or Facebook, you don't have a Honeydew password. Just tap the corresponding sign-in button on the login screen and you'll be signed in through your social account.
