I can't reset my password
If you're trying to reset your password and it isn't working, there are a few common reasons. Let's walk through each one to get you back into your account.
Check your spam or junk folder
Password reset emails sometimes get filtered by your email provider. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders for an email from Honeydew. If you find it there, mark it as "not spam" so future emails arrive in your inbox.
Make sure you're using the correct email
The reset email is sent to the address you signed up with. If you're not receiving it, double-check that you're entering the exact email address associated with your account. Small typos or using a different email than the one you registered with are common issues.
Try requesting the reset again
Sometimes emails can be delayed. Wait a few minutes, then request another password reset from the sign-in screen. Make sure to check your inbox shortly after submitting the request.
Did you sign up with Google, Apple, or Facebook?
If you created your Honeydew account using Sign in with Google, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Facebook, you don't have a Honeydew password to reset. Instead, sign in using the same social login method. Your password is managed by that provider, not by Honeydew.
Not sure how you signed up? Try tapping each sign-in option (Google, Apple, Facebook) on the login screen. If your account is linked to one of them, you'll be signed in without needing a password.
