I was charged and want a refund
We're sorry to hear you'd like a refund. Because Honeydew subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are handled by those platforms rather than by Honeydew directly. The good news is that both Apple and Google have straightforward refund request processes.
Request a refund from Apple
Open your browser and visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with the Apple ID used to subscribe.
Browse your recent purchases or use the search bar to find the Honeydew subscription charge.
Select the charge and choose the option that best describes your issue, such as "I didn't authorize this purchase" or "I'd like to request a refund."
Follow the prompts to complete your refund request. Apple will review it and typically responds within a few business days.
Request a refund from Google Play
Launch the Play Store app or visit play.google.com in your browser.
Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & order history.
Locate the charge you'd like refunded and tap on it.
Follow the prompts to submit a refund request. Google typically processes refund requests within a few business days.
Refund policies are determined by Apple and Google, not by Honeydew. We cannot guarantee that a refund will be approved, but most requests submitted within a reasonable timeframe are honored.
